The rules

  • Fifty glazed. Twenty minutes. The clock starts when you say go.
  • Solo — no sharing, no help, no pockets.
  • Clean board: every donut, every crumb.
  • One drink is included — soda, tea, water, coffee, your pick. Keep it in front of you the whole time and drink it.
  • 18 or older, and you'll sign a short waiver at the window first.
  • Only while we're open with one of us standing right there — never alone.
  • Stop whenever you want. Nobody will say a word.
  • One attempt per person per day. Order it a day ahead so we can stack it.

Quick answers

When are you open?
Twice a day, every day but Sunday: donuts 6am–7pm and pressed sandwiches 4pm–11pm. The truck rests between shifts while we switch the kitchen over.
Do you take cards?
Cards, tap-to-pay phones, and cash — all welcome at the window.
Where do you park?
Around Hazel Green — the usual week is in Find the truck, and we post every day's spot on our socials before we roll.
Can I skip the line?
Yep — order at the self-serve kiosks on the side of the truck, then listen for your number. Fastest way through a morning rush.
Can I mix my own dozen?
Two ways: a dozen all glazed for $14, or pick any mix from the case for $17. Point and we box.
Is there a punch card?
Every donut earns a punch — collect 10 and one's on us. Just give us your phone number at the kiosk; no app, no card to lose.
Do you cater?
We do — dozens by the box and sandwich trays, made the same morning you serve them. Call or text (931) 952-1093 and give us a day's heads-up for the big stuff.
Is it really all made on the truck?
Fried, iced, and pressed on board, the same day you eat it. Never a franchise, never frozen-and-shipped.

Hi — we're the family behind the window.

Dough-to-Deli isn't a chain and it never will be. It's one truck, one family, and one question we couldn't shake: why should a food truck only have one good idea a day? So in the mornings we fry and hand-ice donuts while the town wakes up, and in the evenings we press sandwiches while it clocks out.

Everything is made on board, the same day you eat it. Come say hi at the window — the little one is usually supervising.

GIVING BACK

Part of the town,
not just parked in it.

We live here too. A little truck can't fix much — but it can show up, and showing up is kind of our whole business model. Here's the list we're working through as the truck finds its legs. We'll check things off as we go.

Jerseys with our donut on them — sponsoring a local ball team's season, first chance we get.
Donut day for the schools — a morning where Hazel Green's teachers and staff don't pay.
Nothing good in the trash — end-of-shift extras go to folks working the late hours, not the bin.
Fundraiser fry mornings — a cause picks the flavor of the month, and the month tips their jar.
